What we collect

You do not need an account to use MIHARU. We collect very little:

• Anonymous page-view counts via Vercel Analytics — just which pages were visited and basic performance data. No personal information, no IP addresses stored. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• The current map view (position, zoom level, active layers) is saved in the page URL so you can share a link to exactly what you see. This data stays in the browser and is never sent to our servers.

公開ダッシュボードの利用にアカウントは不要です。匿名のページビュー（Vercel Analytics）と URL に保存される地図表示状態のみで、サーバー側に個人情報は保存しません。

Future alert notifications

A planned future feature will let you draw an area on the map and receive email alerts for that area. If that ships, we would only store your email address and the area you drew — nothing else.

将来のリリースでアラート購読機能を提供する場合、メールアドレスとアラート対象範囲の図形のみを保存します。追加のトラッキングは行いません。

Third-party connections

Almost all data on the map is fetched by MIHARU's servers on behalf of the user, so third-party sources never see the originating IP address. There are a few exceptions where the browser connects directly:

• P2PQuake — live connection for earthquake and tsunami alerts as they happen.
• aisstream.io — live connection for ship positions.
• CARTO — provides the dark map tiles you see in the background.
• Vercel — hosts the app and delivers the page to your browser.

These services can see the user's IP address as part of normal internet traffic. Check their own privacy policies for details.

Cookies

MIHARU does not use tracking cookies. We do not track you across sessions or sites.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since MIHARU stores essentially no personal data for most users, there is typically nothing to retrieve or delete. If a future alert-subscription feature ships and you want your email removed, we will delete it immediately on request.

個人データへのアクセス・修正・削除を要請する権利があります。現時点では個人情報をほぼ保持していないため、ほとんどのユーザーには該当データがありません。
